If you need to make a claim, be assured that our claims service will support and guide you every step of the way.

They are a specialist subsidiary of WNC, called Precise Adjustments, and they handle all claims made on our policies.

File your claim online through your iClient® account

If you have an iClient® User account, you can file a claim online. Simply log in to iClient®, click on the Claim tab on the menu bar, and then select Claim Entry from the dropdown options. In the Loan Search screen, enter the loan number or other detail for which you need to file a claim. With the correct loan information, you will fill in the Claim/Loss Entry form and submit it online. The Precise team will send you an email confirming receipt of your claim. From start to finish of the claim adjustment process, know that you can always call on your Precise team member if you have questions or would like to know the status of your claim.

Ongoing support from your claims adviser

Each claim will be assigned to a professional claim adjuster and monitored closely by the Precise team for service quality and accuracy. Your claim adjuster and a Precise examiner will be your main points of contact for the duration of your claim.
