Carl L. Herrmann, Jr.
Chairman of The Board Member of The Operations Committee
Mr. Herrmann, Jr. was appointed as Chairman of The Board in January 2010 and is the former Chairman and majority owner of the WNC Insurance Services, Inc. Prior to acquiring WNC Insurance Services, Inc. in 1989, Mr. Herrmann, Jr. was President of Transamerica Financial Systems and Concepts, a position he held for five years after he sold his company, Insureco, Inc. to Transamerica Insurance Group in 1984.
Mr. Herrmann, Jr. founded Insureco, Inc. in 1969, and formulated a unique insurance concept now called Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) that was specifically designed for auto finance lenders and its borrowers.

William M. Keeler
President and CEO Member of The Board Member of The Operations Committee
Mr. Keeler is President and Chief Executive Officer of WNC Insurance Holding Corp. Mr. Keeler has been with the Corporation since 2004. Prior to joining WNC, Bill Keeler was the President and CEO of the Group Benefits and Financial Institutions Profit Center of American General Domestic Life Companies, a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group (AIG).
Previously, he was President and CEO of American General Assurance Company, American General Indemnity Insurance Company and United States Life Insurance Company Group’s operations.

Mr. Keeler is President and Chief Executive Officer of WNC Insurance Holding Corp. Mr. Keeler has been with the Corporation since 2004. Mr. Keeler also held senior positions at AVCO (Balboa Insurance Group), The Ahmanson Insurance Companies and European American Bank.
Mr. Keeler is currently a member of the ABIA (American Bankers Insurance Association) Board of Directors. The ABIA is the largest lobbying agency in the United States for banks selling insurance. He previously served on the ABIA board for several years until the year 2000. He held board positions at AIG, American General Insurance Group, and AVCO Financial Services.

Troy T. Noard
Member of The Board Member of The Compensation Committee Member of The Operations Committee
Mr. Noard is a Managing Director for Frontenac Company and specializes in marketing services and business services investments.
Prior to joining Frontenac in 1996, he spent three years with Goldman, Sachs & Co. He graduated from DePauw University with highest honors and received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Noard currently serves on the Board of Directors for four Frontenac portfolio companies -- DVC Worldwide, Encore Legal Solutions, NSI Marketing, and WNC Insurance Services, Inc. He also serves on the DePauw University McDermond Center Advisory Board.
Troy is married with two young children and resides in Glenview, Illinois. |

Mr. Stinnette served as Chairman of the Board of WNC from 2008 through December 2009. He previously served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Executive Committee and has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry.
He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, a top 20 US property casualty insurance company, and wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz AG Holding, Germany, one of the world's largest insurance and financial service organizations.

Mr. Stinnette served as Chairman of the American Insurance Association (the leading insurance trade and lobbying organization in the country); Chairman of the North Bay Council (a preeminent affiliation of major employers in Marin and Sonoma counties in Northern California); and a member of the Board of Trustees of Dominican University, San Rafael, California. His prior Director positions included ePolicy, Inc and Near North Insurance.

Robert P. Saltzman

Mr. Saltzman is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson National Life Insurance Co.
He previously held senior positions at Sun America Life Insurance Companies, Colonial Penn Group’s Insurance Companies and Continental Casualty Company.

Mr. Crane is a strategic consultant specializing in insurance and reinsurance.
He has spent over 30 years in the property-casualty insurance business, having been the CEO of three companies: AlphaStar Insurance Group Limited, a publicly traded multi-national insurance organization domiciled in Bermuda; Gryphon Holdings Inc., a publicly traded specialty property-casualty insurance holding company; and G.L. Hodson & Son, a major reinsurance intermediary.

Hodson & Son, a major reinsurance intermediary. Prior to those positions, Mr. Crane was CFO of two NYSE-listed insurance organizations: Corroon & Black Corporation, a major insurance broker; and Orion Capital Corporation, a specialty property-casualty insurance holding company. In addition to AlphaStar, Gryphon, and Corroon & Black, Mr. Crane has served on the boards of directors of several other insurance and non-insurance organizations, both publicly and privately owned. In the not-for-profit sector, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Committee for Economic Development, a business think-tank and advocacy group, and on its Subcommittee on Corporate Governance.

John Decker’s business accomplishments include being the founder of two companies offering "mail order" financial services to consumers: Providian Corp (formerly First Deposit Corp.) in credit cards, and Paymap Inc. (formerly Aegis Mortgage Acceleration Corp) in EFT (electronic funds transfer) products.
Mr. Decker previously managed a group of consultants at SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) in the Financial Industries Center and he was also a security analyst with Regents of UC Berkeley, as well as Invesco Denver (formerly Financial Programs).
